Numerous users have experienced intermittent connection problems to the ftp server. Please try connecting to the server through its IP number. Use the link above or simply replace our ftp host name, "0016953.netsolhost.com", with "205.178.145.65". Username and password are unchanged. The problem is known to be a flawed DNS server entry by a company in Florida, USA, hosted to the internet by Network Solutions. Network Solutions, who is also our internet host, is staffed by nitwits, baboons, and weasels, none of whom seem competent enough to help us resolve the situation.
FTP login information is provided with every new unit. The most recent change of username and password was made on 2/13/2007. If you purchased before that time or have lost your login information, please submit a feedback form for new login information. You MUST include your Syncheck serial number (look inside the battery compartment). We apologize for the inconvenience. Mac users, Safari v3 does not support ftp. FireFox works however we recommend an ftp utility for easiest use. Fetch and CuteFTP each work very well. If you have a suitable browser and already know your username and password you may access the ftp server.
