Our products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you feel a product does not work the way we described in the users manual that was current when you purchased (that comes with your shipment) we will cheerfully refund your purchase price, after return.  Please email us with any questions or concerns.  We promptly respond to all emails within 24 hours.  We reserve the right to revise product specifications at any time, and we will promptly update the current product manual.  Current product manuals may be downloaded from each product page.  If you decide after using one of our products that it does not fill your needs, we will accept a return of your unit only if it is returned in pristine condition within 30 days.  Once accepted as a return we will refund your purchase price, less shipping charges and a 15% restock fee.  The refund with be made immediately in the same manner as your payment (i.e. check or credit). We warrant our products against failure from normal wear and tear for one year from the date we ship it to you.  Email us to arrange for repair.  Please DO NOT return any product before contacting us.
