FTP downloads of our data files are free. Due to recent changes imposed by our ftp server provider we were forced to change both the username and password required for login. This change happened on 13 Feb 2007, and was unexpected and unavoidable. Please fill out this form so that we can promptly supply new login information to you. YOU MUST PROVIDE your Syncheck's serial number, located inside the battery compartment. If no serial number is found inside the battery compartment, please include a note to explain where and when you purchased your Syncheck. Thank you.
